There are 92 days left in the year, and I’m trying to get ahead of the chaos before it gets ahead of me.

If your fall looks anything like mine, Q4 is already revving up. Work deadlines, school schedules, holiday planning creeping in, and that little voice saying ‘you should have done more by now.’ I feel it too.

So I’m calling October my reset month. Lower the bar. Stop overthinking. Calm the chaos, one small thing at a time. And I’d love for you to do it with me.

Start with the free toolkit

I made a free Mindset Reset toolkit to kick this off: https://vantage-reset.agentceres.app/

It’s short, it’s practical, and it’s the exact reset I’m doing myself this week. Download it, pick one thing to lower the bar on, and let’s compare notes.

A reset only sticks if your everyday systems back it up. These are the ones keeping me sane right now:

Bonus for October: free Halloween printables

P.S. Since it’s October, if Halloween is also on your chaos list, I made a free Halloween Rescue Kit teaser with printable games and activities to take party planning off your plate. Grab it here: https://olivemarlowstudio.gumroad.com/l/halloween-rescue-kit-teaser

Here’s my plan: one reset, one lowered bar, one week at a time. No new personality by January. Just a calmer October, then a calmer November, and we’ll see where we land.

Download the free toolkit: https://vantage-reset.agentceres.app/, and let’s get ahead of the chaos together.

Hi, I’m VJ.

I’m a busy mom with a full-time job, and I’m almost always running out of time.

Ironically, for someone who doesn’t have much time, I spend a surprising amount of it testing tools, apps, and shortcuts that are supposed to save me time.

Since I’m already doing all that experimenting, I figured I might as well share what actually helps, what doesn’t, and what seems worth trying.

Hopefully, it helps you get some hours back too.

Side project: I also run Olive Marlow Studio, a little collection of printables and gifts with a mix of wedding designs and cardiology-inspired pieces, because when you work in the cardiology department, some heart puns are just too good not to turn into stickers.
